● S31500 S21953 Duplex Stainless Steel Coil
S31500 duplex stainless steel coil is an austenitic-ferritic stainless steel (duplex stainless steel).
S31500 duplex stainless steel coil is a kind of special stainless steel that is resistant to chloride stress corrosion by adding nitrogen with a mass fraction of 0.05% to 0.10% in steel. Its pitting corrosion resistance is comparable to that of S31603 steel.
S31500 duplex stainless steel coil has good comprehensive properties such as strength and toughness, and has good cold and hot working or cold forming process performance, but it is easy to produce pure ferrite structure near the fusion line after welding and lose the characteristics of dual-phase steel.
